The sun snuck into the room through a crack in the curtain and strung it’s warm, yellow beams to touch your sleeping body.

The warmth trailed and traced your outline as if the sun had burst through the curtain- your toes, your arm, the side of your face.

You lay there enjoying the warm tinges it brought to your skin- your cappu-caramel heating up.

You stretched as if trying to possess and keep the beams to yourself- I imagine they giggled gleefully as they rose above you…
