I lay in the womb of your heart, your soul, hoping I can capture the very essence of you in my smile, in my hazel brown eyes and the things I think only unbeknown to me I lay, a foetus at your feet.

Even as the winds change and voices dim I dare myself to live knowing that I might as well have been the one to wrap that umbilical cord around my neck and swim in the sea of freedom from the poisonous nutrition which promised to feed my soul but left me, a foetus, at your feet.
